Shipping information and policy

All items will be dispatched within four working days via Royal mail 1st class. From the date of your dispatch, please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. Please note, orders made after 5pm are classed as the next working day.

 

Please note, it is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the correct shipping details. If an error has occurred, please make contact immediately via email (contactplainjanes@gmail.com) and the address may be able to be changed if your order has not been dispatched. However, this cannot be guaranteed and free refunds/replacements cannot be issued.

Returns information

Not feeling your order? Pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. You have up to 30 days to make a return, however, please get in touch prior to your return to arrange this.

Proof of postage must be obtained when returning any items to protect you from any postal issues. Please note, we cannot offer free returns however any method of return postage is accepted.
